REDRESS MECHANISM
The Officers and Employees of the Naval Water District hereby oath to provide the covered areas of NWD with safe, potable, affordable, adequate and continuous water supply throughout the covered areas.

We, the Officers and Employees of Naval Water District, oath to bring out the best service in the most efficient and effective way possible to all the concessionaires of the Naval Water District.

We also promise to do our very best to fulfill the demands and needs of our clients and to readily accept any comments or suggestions from them.

Above all, we pledge to be transparent in every transaction we give to our clients and to treat every client with utmost respect even at times of pressure.
FEEDBACK MECHANISM
For your suggestions and comments on our services, you may drop your suggestions or comments in our suggestion box located at the Office Collector’s Counter. This would help us in improving our services so that in the future we will be able to serve you in the most effective and efficient way possible. We are giving you our assurance that you suggestion or comments will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

Accomplish our Feedback Form available in the office and put it in the drop box at the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk (PACD).

Send you Feedback through e-mail (feedback@nwd.gov.ph) or call at our office at (053)500-9031, (053)5009916, and talk to our PACD personnel.

If you are not satified with our servicece, your written/verbal complaints shall immediately be attended to by the Public And Complaint Desk (PACD) personnel.

PERFORMANCE PLEDGE
The Naval Water District’s Officers and Employees is required to provide the most effective and efficient  service to its concessionaires.

At all time, we do our best to satisfy customers and demand and request but, due to other circumstances that is beyond our control, there maybe times that we failed to provide and satisfy the necessary services they requested from us.

For this reason, you may visit our office at Castin Street, Barangay Santisimo Rosario, Naval, Biliran (going to the Biliran District Hospital) to file your complaints or you may call us directly at telephone number (053) 500-90-31.
